All coalition members have agreed to a mutual aid agreement.

Regional Coalition Planning Board meet monthly, its Executive Committee meets when necessary. The Regional Advisory Committee also meets monthly and provides recommendations for projects and programs to the Board, conference calls are held as necessary.

Meetings convened and facilitated by coalition chairpersons who are elected annually from membership based on adopted bylaws that outline eligibility.

Meetings follow a published agenda in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order.

Subcommittee workgroups such as Hospital/EMS Workgroup, LTC Workgroup, and CMS Partner Workgroup, meet monthly as part of the Advisory Committee meeting.

Documentation of participation and progress is consistently recorded, along with attendance rosters.

Information is actively shared as appropriate with the regional and statewide partners and stakeholders as necessary.

All regular monthly meetings (Advisory and Board) are available through teleconference.
