Course Description: This presentation will focus on the THAM Tool which is a HVA tool that was piloted at McLaren Flint last budget period.  The presentation will include a walkthrough of the process to complete the THAM tool as well as a comparison of the pro’s and con’s of use of the THAM tool verses the Kaiser HVA Tool. Information provided in this presentation is intended to provide enough information to healthcare facilities to allow them to decide which tool is best for their facility.
