What is eICS
Electronic ICS (eICS) is a market-driven solution designed to help facilities and communities plan for, respond to, and recover from disasters and disruptions.
eICS incorporates elements of the National Response Plan and the Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) to successfully guide users through emergency and non-emergency situations including natural and man-made catastrophes, as well as planned events and day-to-day operations.
Individual Michigan hospitals can use the solution to manage, coordinate, and communicate. It is part of the Juvare suite of products used by the State of Michigan which also includes EMResource and EMTrack.
Virtual Training
The virtual training will be conducted using Zoom and the link will be sent out prior to the training to those registered. The training is provided by Eric Pratt, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Division of Emergency Preparedness and Response Information System Sharing and Exercise Planning Specialist.
