Purpose: This exercise is to assess the efficiency of our Chemical Annex as well as our response to a chemical incident. This annex, which details coordinated response efforts across the region involving county emergency management, EMS, hospitals, and the Region 3 HCC, ensuring regional readiness and coordination in chemical emergency situations.
